Lunar eclipse

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket

Los Angeles Times photographer Al Seib shot these pictures of Tuesday's total lunar eclipse. The Earth's shadow crept across the moon's surface early Tuesday, slowly eclipsing it and turning it to shades of orange and red. The total lunar eclipse was the second this year.

Thanks for posting the image. I wasn't able to actually see it because clouds covers the skies in our place. The clouds kill my hope on seeing a red moon for the first time.

Hey, Christian.
Next time we have an eclipse maybe you can share some tips on how to get a shot like Al's.

Thanks for posting.
